The Club Diner was a staple for me back in my younger days. Mostly because it was it was our go-to eatery after our nights out in Lowell. I almost always ordered the same array of dishes...a corned-beef hash/tomato/and cheese omelet, a short stack of pancakes, and a side order of beans. Their beans were made fresh every day and were as good as you'll find. The best part was the chunk of lard which was like the toy in a box of Cracker Jacks.

The THC omelet was (and I imagine still is) the pinnacle of comfort food and the pancakes were always too delicious not to finish, even though I was already gorged before even starting on them.

Many great times were had at the Club Diner. And I'm sure it's taking just as good care of the the next generation of young club-goers.
