I was greeted by the waiter who seemed a bit surprised by my arrival. "Can I sit at the bar?" I asked. "Nobody else is here" he replied. "I know, can I sit at the bar anyway?". "Sure, if you'd like...I'll turn on the TV for you; do you like soccer?". And thus began my meal.
I started out with the Panzanella salad. I love panzanella anyway, but this one was made with arugula, so I couldn't resist. It was quite good, and the fresh shaved Parmesan cheese (a perfect choice for such strong flavors).
For my main course, I had the lasagna bolognese. Another great dish (although it needed about 5 minutes to cool down as it was served piping hot), with just the right consistency and great, rich flavors. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.
