COMMENT CARDS
The spaghetti was another story. Looking past the fact that they gave me garlic bread instead of meatballs (which I specifically asked and paid extra for), the past was mushy and served with about a quarter inch of water in the bowl. I know there's a good dish of spaghetti and meatballs someplace in San Diego, but it's definitely not at Frankie's.
