COMMENT CARDS
They had just opened for business four days ago, and they still seem to have a few kinks to work out in their service model. That said, the food was pretty good and the staff definitely brought me back home with their bean-town exteriors and sensibilities. For lunch, I got Ethan's Prime Rib Sandwich named after the owner's (at least, I think it was the owner) son. I won't lie, I was hoping to get something like an east coast roast beef sandwich, but that was not to be. Instead, I got a large meaty beast on a kaiser roll with cheese, onions and horseradish sauce. The sandwich was ample in size tasted pretty good, and was wrapped in about 19 layers of paper.
There are a few other dishes I'm raring to try, so I'll definitely be back. Go Sox!
