COMMENT CARDS
This is a relatively new place...they haven't even had their grand opening yet. They have a section of their menu called "snacks", for which we ordered the entire list. It was OK; some were better than others. The highlights were the almonds and pork. The pita dip was OK. For an entree, I went with the pork. To be honest, it was a bit overcooked, and the sauce with the cocoa powder just didn't work (although adding the pear salad to a bite definitely helps). The mashed sweet potatoes weren't bad.
For dessert, I tried the banana split. It was a nice offering featuring home-made vanilla iced-cream with fresh fruit and warm chocolate sauce. Service was great...our waitress was very attentive and offered suggestions when asked.
Opening a restaurant is tough, and I think they're still working through some of the bugs, but if you're looking for something in South Park, Alchemy might be worth your time.
