I had the Carne Asada Tacos for lunch today...I had ordered a burrito. Whatever, I'm not particular, just as long as the food they do serve me is good.

The steak itself had a good flavor, was cooked rare and remained tender. The addition of the ranch dressing to the taco managed to duplicate the flavor profile of Taco Bell very closely. And, the bag of frozen mixed vegetables added to the rice was a nice touch.

This was my second visit to Fred's. I can say without hesitation, don't even bother with the Carnitas.
