This is a good spot for a long lunch or happy hour. I’ve always had good service, and it’s got a fun, casual atmosphere. Definitely try the Island Fries, one order is enough for 3-4 people. The burgers tend to be a little too greasy, but they’re still really good. They also have decent fish tacos and great chicken sandwiches.

I'll give this to Islands...they can turn a table. Being next to the movie theater, they must get people in for a quick bite all the time. That was our situation tonight. I find Islands to be hit-or-miss. One meal that always satisfies, though, is the Kilauea burger. I keep wanting to explore the menu, but always settle on this bad-boy. The beef itself is good, but the flavors are great. Next time, I'm going to branch out.
