Happily, I stumbled on Carl's as I was getting gas nextdoor. I made a break directly for the restroom. Ouch. Then I ordered my turkey burger and large soda, thoroughly confusing the cashier with my refusal to include the fries and "make it a meal". The staff was actually incredibly friendly and even picked up my trash from the table I was at. I guess overall, I wasn't expecting much. And I got just what I was looking for.
